I help leaders, boards, and institutions bring clarity to complex situations — and act on that clarity with discipline and humanity.
I began in technology at Merrill Lynch Japan as a teenager, moved into investment banking and venture investing, and spent the next two decades raising more than $10B across energy, infrastructure, and climate platforms. My work has taken me through Tokyo, London, Abu Dhabi, Boston, and Singapore, consistently at the junction of capital allocation, industrial operations, and strategic change.
Today, through Torii Holdings, I focus on senior advisory, board work, and leadership coaching across the US–Japan–Asia corridor. I bring a disciplined pursuit of elegance to leadership: clarity over complexity, purpose over noise, humanity over ego.
My destiny line is simple: to be a bridge between worlds — cultures, generations, and leaders — and to elevate others by bringing elegance, clarity, and humanity into places of power.
